Upon acceptance of your manuscript, and subject to meeting our editorial standards and agreement to publish under a Creative Commons CC BY license, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of £200.00 will apply (€ 220 + Tax, starting from 15th Sep 2026).
This fee is charged after the initial manuscript screening and supports editorial, peer-review, production, and open-access hosting costs—ensuring your work is made freely available to a global audience.
APC Applicability:
APCs apply to case reports, case series, and clinical audits (£200 / € 220 + Tax, starting from 15th Sep 2026), while letters to the editor and images are charged @ £25.00 / each (€ 40 + Tax, starting from 15th Sep 2026).
No APCs are charged for original articles or review articles related to cases.
Discounts and Concessions:
We do not generally offer full APC waivers. However, the following discounts are available. (No discount for an Image and Letter to Editor type of articles)
25% discount – for students and trainees
35% discount – for authors from developing countries (as per World Bank classification)
50% discount – for charity organizations or authors facing genuine financial constraints
