Upon acceptance of your manuscript (Case Report), and subject to meeting our editorial standards and agreement to publish under a Creative Commons CC BY license, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of £200.00 will apply.
This fee is charged after the initial manuscript screening, and it supports the editorial, peer review, production, and open-access hosting costs—ensuring your work is made freely available to a global audience.
APC Applicability:
APCs apply only to Case Reports.
No APCs are charged for Case Series, Original Articles, or Review Articles related to cases.
Discounts and Concessions:
We do not offer full APC waivers in general. However, the following discounts are available:
25% discount – for students and trainees
35% discount – for authors from developing countries (as per World Bank classification)
50% discount – for charity organizations or authors facing genuine financial constraints

Requests for discounts beyond these standard levels are only considered in exceptional cases. Authors must **apply in advance** before submitting their manuscript by contacting the editorial office via email.
